1. USE OF SERVICE

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

2. GOALS, PROGRESS & INSIGHTS

Bion helps you understand your goals, progress, plans, and health context in one place.

• Scores, trends, reviews, and recommendations are informational. They may be incomplete when data is missing or not comparable.
• A change in your data does not by itself prove what caused it.
• Bion does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or guarantee an outcome.
• You remain responsible for decisions you make using the Service.

3. HEALTH, MEDICATIONS & LAB DATA

Bion can help you organize health data, dose plans and logs, supplements, lab results, training, and nutrition. Logging a dose records what you entered; it does not prove a medicine was taken.

• Bion does not sell or supply medications, supplements, peptides, or other substances unless a clearly identified third-party service says otherwise.
• Bion does not verify that a substance is safe, legal, authentic, or suitable for you.
• Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing medication, supplements, training, or nutrition when appropriate.

4. PROGRAMMES, CLINICS & PARTNERS

Bion may connect you with clinics, coaches, and programme operators or provide features funded or supported by commercial partners.

• A programme or partner relationship will be identified where it matters to your decision.
• Sharing identifiable or user-level data with a clinic, coach, programme, or partner requires the permission or other legal basis described in our Privacy Policy and any programme-specific notice.
• Commercial relationships do not allow a partner to edit your recorded data or change Bion's scoring rules for you without clear disclosure.

5. PAYMENTS, BION+ & PROGRAMMES

• Bion may offer free features, optional Bion+ features, and paid programmes. The price and included features are shown before purchase.
• Lab-result upload is not limited to Bion+ unless the purchase screen for a particular feature clearly says otherwise.
• Payments may be processed by an app store, Stripe, or another disclosed payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Cancel through the place you purchased. Refund rights may depend on that provider and applicable law.
• Coached programs (paid coaching from an independent coach or clinic through Bion): cancel anytime; you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no coaching has been delivered. Request it from Settings or hello@getbion.com. Bion processes the refund as the platform.

6. OFFERS & FULFILLMENT

• Third-party offers, products, rewards, and services are identified as such and may have additional terms.
• You must provide accurate information needed for booking, redemption, or delivery.
• Bion is not responsible for a third party's availability, products, professional services, or delivery, except where applicable law says otherwise.
• Bion may cancel benefits obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE & INTEGRITY

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or scrape our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate others or spread harmful content
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Exploit bugs, falsify data, spoof location, misuse codes, or use bots to obtain an unfair benefit
• Share accounts or create accounts to evade limits or enforcement

8. YOUR CONTENT

• You own the content you create, including workouts, logs, posts, photos, and feedback
• You grant us a license to use it to provide the Service
• You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate others' rights

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Bion's design, code, graphics, and branding are our property
• Don't copy, modify, or distribute without permission
• The Bion name and logo are our trademarks

This is not medical advice. Bion provides general fitness tools and informational insights about your data. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making a health, medication, supplement, nutrition, or exercise decision when appropriate
• Exercise, medications, supplements, and other health decisions can carry risks
• You assume responsibility for decisions you make using the Service

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

TERMINATION & GOVERNING LAW

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You can delete your account anytime. Disputes are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
