How Bion supports your weight-care routine
Bring meals, training, medication records and progress into everyday life with Bion.
A consultation is one moment. The meals, workouts and routines happen across the rest of your week.
Bion brings those everyday details together so you can see your progress and keep useful context close. Use it alongside care you already receive, or for your own health goals. Everyday tracking and your records are free.
Less to piece together
Keep meals in view. Record what you eat and revisit your nutrition. Your food history gives you something concrete to return to when a routine works well or becomes difficult.
Follow your training. Log workouts, look back at previous sessions and see which muscles you have trained recently. Progress can include what you are doing and how your training develops, alongside changes in weight.
Keep medication records handy. Set reminders for an existing plan, log what you took and record side effects you want to discuss. Your clinician guides treatment and dose changes.
Bring your progress into view. Keep measurements and uploaded bloodwork with your everyday records. Revisit the history before an appointment instead of trying to remember several weeks at once.
What can an app add to coaching?
An app keeps a record available between conversations. A coach brings a different kind of support: helping you work through barriers and put a plan into practice. The useful combination depends on what you need and what the service actually provides.
Research supports taking that distinction seriously. In one trial, a digital tracking system with coaching produced greater average weight loss than the system-only strategy. In another, simply introducing a calorie-tracking app did not improve weight loss compared with usual care. Neither study tested Bion or establishes how much an app adds to medication.
Start with the part you want help remembering
You can begin with meals, workouts or measurements and build from there. The goal is a record you can use, not a perfect diary.
